Russia’s United Capital Partners sells 50% in Stroygazconsulting
MOSCOW, Aug 9 (PRIME) -- Russian investment group United Capital Partners (UCP) controlled by Ilya Shcherbovich has sold its entire 50% stake in construction company Stroygazconsulting, UCP Managing Director Irina Lanina told PRIME on Thursday declining to disclose the sum of the deal and the buyer.
“We are satisfied with our investment. Since the acquisition of the stake, Stroygazconsulting has managed to restore cooperation with the largest clients and to improve its own financial condition. The most important thing here is that they kept the team of professionals that are able to implement tough infrastructural projects. We are sure that Stroygazconsulting has good prospects,” she said.
